Keimis employs a full-time systems team which is constantly developing and improving the Keimis suite of tools as well as providing a full back up support service to our existing clients

Our client care programmes and support services ensure that every client gets maximum benefit out of our systems. By providing Remote Access to your data server we will do all that is necessary to keep your system running smoothly but there are a lot more reasons to take advantage of our product support services.

Product Improvement

Keimis are constantly investing in the development of its products and we would like the opportunity to pass on many of these improvements to our customers. By taking advantage of our support agreement we will pass these improvements on to you as they become available without charge.

Evolving Needs

Our customers businesses are also evolving and from time to time small changes are needed to the system to reflect this. As a part of the support agreement Keimis will undertake a degree of report or functionality development for you free of charge. This way you can be sure that Keimis keeps pace with your business needs.

Changing Personnel

Staff changes are inevitable often causing you to lose key skills. When that happens new employees need to take on new skills and we can provide a friendly voice to talk them through any of the issues that they may need to deal with. Sometimes it goes deeper than this and they may need to have a more fundamental understanding of how the system works. Whatever the problem we can provide the support necessary to keep the system running smoothly.

Equipment Failure

None of us are immune from equipment failure, whether it's a hardware fault or a network issue that has caused problems, there will be occasions when you need a little help to straighten things out. Keeping that data in shape is critical. With remote access we will be able to help you get things back to normal as quickly as possible.
